Pratt’s Stone Yard is a semi-covered, open air studio space equipped with professional grade hand tools, air hammers, and power tools for reductive stone carving. In addition to multiple levels of stone carving classes, Pratt’s Stone Yard offers a wide schedule for studio access users to reserve studio time and work alongside beginner and advanced stone carvers. Whether you are an experienced stone carver looking for studio space and a chance to learn from a master stone carver or a beginner looking to learn some new skills in a fun environment, our stone yard has something for everyone. All stone carving classes provide the necessary tools and equipment for our courses. Stone can be purchased in the Stone Yard on the first day of the class.
