Pratt Fine Arts Center is undergoing a Strategic Planning effort. We need your valuable input!

We are working with Makari Consulting, a Seattle-based consulting firm, to co-create our new strategic plan. Our team, and Makari consulting, are excited to get to know you better, and have your voices contribute to the strategic planning process. We value your input and encourage participation from everyone. Each focus group is a 90-minute recorded conversation: either in-person (at Pratt) or virtual (via Zoom). We'll discuss questions assembled by the Pratt Strategic Planning Committee and Makari Consulting will facilitate.

We recognize that many in our community overlap into several categories; please select the one that best fits the bulk of your experience with Pratt. Students, access users, and community members are all welcome to join!

• Staff - Administrative (2/12 & 3/4 Session) (Pratt office staff, managers, technicians, directors, executives, etc.). 
• Staff – Instructors & Teaching Artists (2/17 & 3/6 Session) (current and former -within the last 2 years- Pratt instructors and teaching artists) 
• Youth Students (2/19 Session) (Middle to High School-aged Pratt students) 
• Pratt Students and Access Users (2/12 & 2/17 Session) (current Studio Access Users or adult Pratt students)  
• Board Members (3/6 Session) (current and past board members)
• Community (3/4 & 3/9 Session) (long-term supporters, volunteers and Pratt community members)
• Open to All (2/24 Session) (open to anyone in the previous categories that has not been able to participate in previous focus groups)
