Pratt introduces students to a variety of materials and artistic concepts to evoke their curiosity and to hone their natural creativity develop perseverance, and critical thinking. Professional artists teach students in a fun, relaxed environment where they can express their creativity and gain self-confidence. The techniques developed at Pratt do not stop here; students use these new skills artistically, academically, and interpersonally. Pratt has committed to racial equity as a core value and ongoing practice, allocating resources to the breakdown of systemic barriers and the development of equitable solutions organization-wide.
