Artists: Sell your work at Pratt’s annual Holiday Art Sale!
Pratt invites you to participate in Pratt’s annual Holiday Art Sale, scheduled from Friday, November 22nd through Saturday, November 30th here at Pratt Fine Arts Center.
The Holiday Art Sale provides patrons with an exceptional selection of art and unique gifts including handmade glass, sculpture, jewelry, paintings, prints, ornaments and other functional objects. In addition to generating income for you, your participation in the Holiday Art Sale also helps support Pratt Fine Arts Center, the most dynamic year-round, multi-disciplinary arts center in the Pacific Northwest. Proceeds from each item sold are split between the artist (60%) and Pratt (40%).
In order to ensure a consistent quality of work throughout the event, a select group of Pratt artists, instructors, board members and staff will jury all artwork submissions for inclusion in the sale. Therefore, any artist interested in participating must submit three (3) images of the type of work he/she intends to sell to firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday, October 11.
Here are some additional tips for preparing your work:
Items priced between $20 and $300 are typically the most successful sellers. Please price your work roughly within this range.
The Holiday Art Sale will take place in Pratt’s printmaking, painting and drawing studios. Display space is limited, but artwork may be replenished throughout the sale.
